This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to all orders placed through this website.
1.1 Delivery is charged per order. The services available to you, and the charge for each, are displayed at the checkout before you are asked to pay.
1.2 Charges are calculated by reference to the delivery address and the contents of the order. Where an order qualifies for free delivery, this is applied automatically.
1.3 Where we offer collection in person, no delivery charge applies.
2.1 We aim to dispatch orders within [state your dispatch time, for example 1–2 working days] of receipt of cleared payment.
2.2 Delivery estimates provided by us or by a carrier are estimates only and are not guaranteed, save where a guaranteed service has been purchased.
2.3 Where an order contains an item advertised for pre-order, the whole order is dispatched after the release date stated on that item, unless we agree otherwise.
2.4 We are not responsible for delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control. Clause 12 of our Terms & Conditions applies.
3.1 We deliver to [state the countries you deliver to].
3.2 Where an order is delivered outside the country in which we are established, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duty, import VAT or handling fee levied on arrival. Those charges are not included in the price you pay us.
4.1 We deliver to the address supplied by you at the checkout. You are responsible for the accuracy of that address.
4.2 Where a consignment is returned to us as undeliverable because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you. We may require the further cost of delivery to be met before we dispatch it again.
4.3 Where a consignment appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us. We will not treat an item as lost until the carrier's own enquiry period has elapsed.
5.1 Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery.
5.2 Title to the Goods does not pass to you until we have received payment in full.
6.1 Where you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of the day on which you, or a carrier nominated by you, take physical possession of the Goods, without giving any reason.
6.2 To exercise that right you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement before the period expires. You may use the returns function in your account, or write to us at the address in clause 1.
6.3 You must return the Goods without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of notifying us. The deadline is met if you dispatch the Goods before that period expires.
6.4 We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard cost of delivery, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we receive the Goods back or you supply evidence of having sent them, whichever is the earlier. Where you chose a delivery service more expensive than our standard, we reimburse the standard cost only.
6.5 You are liable for any diminished value of the Goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
7.1 To return Goods, sign in to your account, open the relevant order, select the items concerned and state your reason. We will review the request and issue a returns reference.
7.2 The returns reference must be quoted on or within the consignment. We may be unable to identify a return that does not carry one.
7.3 Goods should be returned to:
[Add your returns address in Settings ▸ Payment]
7.4 Please obtain proof of posting. Until a consignment is received by us, it remains your responsibility.
7.5 The cost of return carriage is [state whether you or the customer bears it] except where the Goods are faulty, not as described, or incorrectly supplied, in which case we bear it.
8.1 The following are not accepted for return except where faulty, not as described or incorrectly supplied:
9.1 Where Goods are delivered damaged, are faulty, are not as described, or are not the Goods ordered, you should notify us within a reasonable period of discovering it.
9.2 On verification we will, at your election where the law so provides, replace the Goods or refund the price paid together with the cost of delivery and return carriage.
9.3 Single cards are graded by condition. The grade stated in the listing is our assessment. Wear consistent with the grade stated is not a fault.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
10.1 Refunds are made once the returned Goods have been received and inspected, or on acceptance of a claim under clause 9.
10.2 Refunds are made to the payment method originally used, in the order: payment card, then gift card, then account credit, unless we agree otherwise with you.
10.3 Where a refund is made to a payment card, the time taken for it to appear is determined by your card issuer and is outside our control.
10.4 Where a discount was applied to the order, the refund is of the sum actually paid for the Goods returned.
